This Privacy Policy aims to outline the policies and procedures of BM Tec Pty Ltd (“BMTec”, “we” or “us”), the publisher of TimeSchedule Application (“Application”, “Service”) for collecting, using, storing and disclosing your personal information. It is important to us that our customers retain their privacy when using our product. To protect the information you share we follow the globally acceptable practices in customer privacy and data storage.

We ask you to read this Privacy Policy to ensure you have a good understanding of how we treat your personal information. In conjunction with this Privacy Policy please read our Terms of Service, so you can understand and acknowledge the BM Tec’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When registering to use the Services, we require you to provide us with personal information which we collect and store, such as your name, company name, phone number, D.O.B, gender, email address, home and business postal addresses. You may also ask us to import your contacts by giving us access to your third party services (for example, your email account) or to use your social networking information if you give us access to your account on social network connection services.

We collect and store any photos you upload, records you create or text messages you send or receive from your clients within the Application.

Upon subscription to use the Services we request you to provide billing information, such as billing name and credit card details.

We also use “cookies” to collect information and improve our Services. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your Device. We may use “persistent cookies” to save your registration ID and login password for future logins to the Service. We may use “session ID cookies” to enable certain features of the Service, to better understand how you interact with the Service and to monitor aggregate usage and web traffic routing on the Service. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all aspects of the Application.

We may collect and/or log your IP address, Internet domain name, the web browser and operating system used to access the Application, the pages or files visited, the time spent in each page or file, and the time and date of each visit or use. We may collect this information automatically as you browse our websites or use our applications through the use of log files, web beacons, or other electronic tools.

2. USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

We may use information that we collect from or about you, including any personal information to:

  • allow you access to the Application;
  • bill you for Services you purchased;
  • provide ongoing service, support, software updates, product announcements and including event-related communications with respect to our Services;
  • contact you to complete surveys that we use for marketing or quality assurance purposes;
  • deliver or display tailored online advertisements that may interest you;
  • fulfil any other purpose for which you provide the information with your consent.

3. INFORMATION SHARING & DISCLOSURE

We will never sell or disclose your personal information or any details of your customers to any third party. In addition we will endeavour to protect your data from unauthorised access.

We may use certain trusted third party companies and individuals to help us provide, analyse, and improve the Service (including but not limited to data storage, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processing, and improvement of the Service’s features). These third parties may have access to your information only for purposes of performing these tasks on our behalf and under obligations similar to those in this Privacy Policy.

4. RETENTION OF INFORMATION

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consistent with these requirements, we will try to delete your information quickly upon request and if desired make it available to you. Please note, however, that there might be latency in deleting information from our servers and backed-up versions might exist after deletion. In addition, we do not delete from our servers files that you have in common with other users.

5. SECURITY

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your credit card information will not be stored on our servers. The credit card details for recurring transactions will be stored in the secure volt of our merchant facility provider.

6. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. If we make a change to this privacy policy, we will provide you with notice by email. By continuing to use the Application after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
